walking

well i received a fitbit type device to count steps as part of a work charity thing – im in a team to walk 10000 steps per day. It has been excellent so far. I find myself meeting the target by mid day because i already walk miles from my car to uni every day, and i go riding most moring now, but it has made me more conscious of keping fit.

I’m still too heavy though, and i dont seem to be able to get off 92 kgs. I was down to 89 a few weks ago, but i seem to fluxuate around the low nineties. anyway, determined to break into the 80s by the end of the month.

 

looking forward to the next month though as the competition will motivate me to go over the target of 10000 each day.

diet is not too bad, but still probably eat too much. anyway trying to cut down on eating and alchohol.

still motivated.
